In a deal worth more than €1.5 million, one of Ireland’s major IT service companies, CDSoft Ltd has recently announced the acquisition of the ACT Group (Blue Chip Ireland and Computer Systems Services).  

Based in Celbridge, CDSoft Ltd employs 28 people and has a turnover of €4 million. CDSoft Ltd are both a HP Preferred Gold Partner and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, providing advanced infrastructure solutions to its customers.
